Creamy Garlic Shrimp and Spinach Pasta
Ingredients:

12 oz fettuccine or spaghetti

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil
-
3 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup chicken broth
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
2 cups fresh spinach
-
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Season shrimp with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.

Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce thickens slightly.

Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.

Return shrimp and pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly in the creamy sauce.

Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.

Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
