Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp paprika

4 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and sliced)

1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup chicken broth
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Dijon mustard

2 cups fresh spinach
-
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions

Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet; sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream, chicken broth, and Dijon mustard. Stir well.

Add Parmesan and simmer 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Add spinach and stir until wilted.

Return chicken to the sauce and simmer another 2 minutes.

Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve.
