Ingredients:

4 thick-cut pork chops (bone-in or boneless)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tsp paprika
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
3 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup chicken broth
-
¾ cup heavy cream
-
Juice of 1 large lemon (about 3 tbsp)

1 tsp lemon zest
-
½ tsp Italian seasoning
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional but amazing)
-
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Season and sear the pork chops:
Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside. -
Make the lemon garlic sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. -
Add the cream and cheese:
Lower heat and pour in heavy cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add Parmesan cheese (if using) and whisk until melted and the sauce thickens slightly. -
Combine:
Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon sauce over them.
Simmer uncovered for 5–7 minutes until pork chops are tender and cooked through. -
Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed veggies.
