Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta
Ingredients:

12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, finely diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup beef broth
-
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion. Cook until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess fat.

Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and beef broth, bringing to a gentle simmer.

Add Parmesan and mozzarella, stirring until melted into a creamy sauce.

Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat every piece in that cheesy goodness.
