🥬 Creamy Spinach Dip
Ingredients

1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped (optional, for crunch)

2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
Instructions

Prep the Spinach

Squeeze out as much liquid as possible from thawed spinach using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

Mix the Base

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

Add Flavor & Spinach

Stir in spinach, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and water chestnuts (if using).

Mix in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Bake (Optional for Hot Version):

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Transfer mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle with extra mozzarella, and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
