Crispy Air Fryer Leftover Pasta Bites
Ingredients (serves 4):

2 cups cooked pasta (any shape, leftover works best)

½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg

2 tbsp all-purpose flour or breadcrumbs

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions:

Prepare mixture:

In a large bowl, combine leftover pasta, cheese, egg, flour or breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until pasta is coated and sticks together.

Form bites:

Take small handfuls of the mixture and press into compact bite-sized balls or patties.

Preheat air fryer:

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Cook pasta bites:

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Place bites in a single layer (don’t overcrowd) and air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Serve warm with marinara, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
