Description

Crispy Air Fryer Leftover Pasta Bites

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (any shape, leftover works best)

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour or breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare mixture:

    • In a large bowl, combine leftover pasta, cheese, egg, flour or breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until pasta is coated and sticks together.

  2. Form bites:

    • Take small handfuls of the mixture and press into compact bite-sized balls or patties.

  3. Preheat air fryer:

    • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

  4. Cook pasta bites:

    • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

    • Place bites in a single layer (don’t overcrowd) and air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  5. Serve:

    • Serve warm with marinara, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
