Crispy Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  2. Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove shrimp and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

  5. Return shrimp to the skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, and drizzle with lemon juice.

  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
