Crispy Garlic Butter Shrimp
Ingredients:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tbsp butter

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ tsp paprika
-
½ tsp salt
-
¼ tsp black pepper
-
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
-
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:

Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove shrimp and set aside.

In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

Return shrimp to the skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, and drizzle with lemon juice.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
