Crispy Lemon Herb Garlic Salmon Fillets
Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon zest
-
3 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions

Pat salmon dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Place salmon fillets skin-side up and sear for 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Simmer briefly, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.

Return salmon to the skillet and spoon the lemon-garlic butter sauce over the top.

Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices before serving.
