Crustless Ham and Swiss Quiche
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon butter, melted

1 cup diced cooked ham

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional for extra meltiness)

6 large eggs

1 cup heavy cream (or whole milk for lighter)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-
1/4 teaspoon salt
-
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish with melted butter.

Spread diced ham evenly across the bottom of the pie dish.

Sprinkle Swiss and mozzarella cheese over the ham.

In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.

Bake 30–35 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.

Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Sprinkle with green onions if you want a pretty finish.
