Decadent Creamy Garlic Mushroom & Spinach Chicken
Ingredients
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup chicken broth
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 cups fresh spinach
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Optional garnish: chopped parsley
Instructions

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté garlic and mushrooms until mushrooms are browned and fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Simmer 3–5 minutes until sauce thickens.

Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.

Return chicken to the pan, spooning sauce over the top. Let everything meld together for 2–3 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
