Description

 Drunken Sour Gummy Worm Punch

Tastes like a liquid tropical candy shop!
Coconut rum, citrus juices, and blue curaçao mix together for a sweet-and-sour boozy punch, loaded with gummy wormsfor a playful twist.

📝 Ingredients (Serves a crowd – ~12-16 servings):

  • 24 oz coconut rum (Malibu or your favorite brand)

  • 18 oz blue curaçao 💙 (for that neon blue color and orange flavor)

  • 72 oz pineapple juice 🍍 (about 2 large cans or cartons)

  • 24 oz orange juice 🍊 (pulp-free preferred)

  • 12 cups ice 🧊

  • Garnish: Plenty of sour gummy worms 🪱

🍹 Instructions:

1. Prepare Your Punch Bowl

  • Use a large drink dispenser, punch bowl, or a large pitcher that holds at least 1.5 gallons.

2. Mix the Magic

In your punch container, combine:

  • Pineapple juice

  • Orange juice

  • Coconut rum

  • Blue curaçao

Stir well until everything is fully mixed into a vibrant, bright blue-green color.

3. Add the Ice

  • Stir in 12 cups of ice right before serving to keep it cold and refreshing.

  • For outdoor events, consider freezing extra pineapple juice into cubes and using those instead to avoid dilution.

4. Garnish Like Crazy

  • Toss a generous handful of sour gummy worms right into the punch bowl.

  • You can also skewer them on cocktail picks or hang them off glass rims for individual servings.

🧪 Optional Add-Ins & Variations:

  • Extra Tang: Add a splash of fresh lime juice for zing.

  • Fizzy Finish: Top each glass with a splash of lemon-lime soda or tonic water.

  • Spooky Version: Add edible glitter or serve over dry ice for a smoking effect.

  • Mocktail Version: Replace the rum and curaçao with coconut water + blue sports drink or syrup, and keep the rest the same.

🧉 Serving Tips:

  • Serve with colorful plastic cups, striped straws, and candy garnish skewers.

  • For a more refined touch, pre-freeze gummy worms into ice cubes for single-serve glasses.

  • Keep a ladle or drink tap on hand to stir and serve easily during the party.
