Ingredients

12 frozen or fresh dumplings (pork, chicken, or veggie)

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

3 scallions, thinly sliced

Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Arrange dumplings in a single layer in the dish.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.

Pour the garlic butter mixture over the dumplings, tossing gently to coat.

Bake 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until dumplings are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

You can use store-bought dumplings to save time.

Add a squeeze of lime or drizzle of hoisin sauce for extra flavor.
