Easy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (you can also use boneless)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano (or thyme)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions:

  1. Prep the Chicken

    • Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels (this helps them crisp up).

    • Rub olive oil over the chicken.

  2. Season

    • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

    • Sprinkle seasoning evenly over chicken thighs and rub it in.

  3. Air Fry

    • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).

    • Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the basket (don’t overcrowd).

    • Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10–12 minutes until crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  4. Rest & Serve

    • Let rest 5 minutes before serving for maximum juiciness.

    • Serve with a side of roasted veggies, salad, or mashed potatoes.
