Easy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (you can also use boneless)

1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil)

1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon onion powder
-
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)

½ teaspoon dried oregano (or thyme)
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:

Prep the Chicken

Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels (this helps them crisp up).

Rub olive oil over the chicken.

Season

In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Sprinkle seasoning evenly over chicken thighs and rub it in.

Air Fry
-
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).

Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the basket (don’t overcrowd).

Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10–12 minutes until crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Rest & Serve

Let rest 5 minutes before serving for maximum juiciness.

Serve with a side of roasted veggies, salad, or mashed potatoes.
