Easy Spinach Frittata
Ingredients:

8 large eggs

½ cup milk or cream
-
1 cup fresh spinach (chopped, packed)

½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, feta, or parmesan)

1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
-
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
-
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
-
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives), for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Veggies

Heat olive oil (or butter) in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Sauté onion until soft (about 3 minutes). Add garlic and spinach, cooking until spinach is wilted.

Mix Eggs
-
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Stir in shredded cheese.

Assemble Frittata

Pour egg mixture over the spinach in the skillet.

Stir gently to distribute evenly.

Cook & Bake

Cook on the stovetop for 2–3 minutes until edges begin to set.

Transfer skillet to the oven and bake 12–15 minutes, until eggs are set and top is lightly golden.

Serve

Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

Garnish with fresh herbs.

Serve warm or at room temperature with salad, toast, or roasted potatoes.
