Description

💋 Electric Kiss Shots

Fluorescent pink strawberry-kiwi with a glowing sugar rim — cute, sweet, and shocking.

⚡ Ingredients (makes 10–12 shots):

  • 1/2 cup strawberry vodka

  • 1/4 cup kiwi liqueur (like Bols Kiwi or Midori for a twist)

  • 1/4 cup lemon-lime soda or tonic water (tonic glows under blacklight)

  • 1 tbsp strawberry syrup or grenadine (for color & sweetness)

  • 1 tsp lime juice (for a zesty pop)

  • 1/2 tsp edible shimmer or glitter dust (optional – for a glowing swirl)

  • 1 drop neon pink or electric green food coloring (for extra punch)

🌟 Glowing Sugar Rim:

  • Tonic water or corn syrup (for sticking)

  • Neon pink sanding sugar or glow sugar (made with tonic & sugar)

🍓 Optional Garnishes:

  • Tiny strawberry slice

  • Kiwi slice on the rim

  • Mini pink heart sprinkles

🧪 Instructions:

  1. Prep the Rim:
Dip the rim of each shot glass in tonic water or corn syrup, then into neon pink sugar. Let set.

  2. Mix the Kiss:
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine:

    • Strawberry vodka

    • Kiwi liqueur

    • Lemon-lime soda or tonic water

    • Strawberry syrup

    • Lime juice

    • Edible shimmer or glitter

    • Neon food coloring (if desired)

  3. Shake until icy and glowing.

  4. Strain into rimmed shot glasses.
Garnish with a strawberry or kiwi slice if you’re feeling extra cute.

💡 Glow Tips:

  • Use tonic water in the sugar rim and the drink to get a glow effect under blacklight.

  • Strawberry + kiwi + citrus = an electric candy-sour kiss with a neon kick.

  • These pair great with a pink/green aesthetic or glow party theme.
