⚡ Fizzy Pop Rock Shots ⚡

Candy vodka with glowing crackle and fizzy fun
🍬💥 Makes 6–8 shots

🧪 Ingredients:

For the Shots:

• 2 oz candy-infused vodka (see below)

• 1 oz lemon-lime soda or tonic water (glows under blacklight!)

• 1 oz sour apple or blue raspberry liqueur (for color and tang)

• ½ oz simple syrup or candy syrup (optional for sweetness)

• Pinch of edible shimmer dust or glow-safe glitter

• Ice

For Candy Vodka (Quick Infusion Option):

• Soak ½ cup crushed hard candy (like Jolly Ranchers or Skittles) in 1 cup vodka for 1–2 hours, then strain.

For Rim & Garnish:

• Light corn syrup

• 1–2 packets of Pop Rocks (any flavor—strawberry, watermelon, blue razz)

• Mini lollipops or rock candy sticks (optional)

🍸 Instructions:

1. Rim the Glasses:

   • Dip shot glass rims in corn syrup.

   • Roll in Pop Rocks until coated—do this just before serving to keep the popping alive.

2. Shake the Glow Mix:

   • In a cocktail shaker, add the candy vodka, sour liqueur, simple syrup, and edible shimmer.

   • Add ice and shake until chilled and sparkly.

3. Add the Fizz:

   • Strain into rimmed shot glasses.

   • Top each with a splash of tonic or lemon-lime soda for fizz and glow.

4. Optional Finish:

   • Drop a few loose Pop Rocks directly into the shot for in-glass crackling!

   • Garnish with a mini candy stick or lollipop if desired.
