Flavor Profile: Smooth coconut cream with a cool mint twist and icy shimmer — a winter wonderland in a shot glass.

✨ Ingredients (Makes 4 shots)

• 1.5 oz (45 ml) coconut rum (e.g., Malibu)

• 1 oz (30 ml) crème de menthe (white/clear) or mint liqueur

• 1 oz (30 ml) cream or half-and-half (cold)

• 1/4 tsp edible shimmer dust (silver, pearl, or icy blue)

• Ice (for chilling)

• Optional garnish: Crushed peppermint, shredded coconut, or silver sugar for the rim

🔥 Instructions

1. Optional Rim:
   Moisten the rims of the shot glasses with water or simple syrup and dip into crushed peppermint or coconut for a frosty touch.

2. Mix the Shot Base:
   In a shaker with ice, combine coconut rum, crème de menthe, and cream. Add shimmer dust.

3. Shake & Strain:
   Shake well until frothy and cold. Strain evenly into 4 shot glasses.

4. Serve Immediately:
   Watch the shimmer swirl as it settles. Optionally top with a sprinkle of edible glitter or a tiny mint leaf.
