❤️❄️ Frozen Heart Shots

Strawberry and mint layered with a frosty rim

Ingredients

• Bottom layer (Strawberry):

  • 1 oz strawberry liqueur (or strawberry vodka + splash of grenadine)

• Top layer (Mint):

  • 1 oz peppermint schnapps or mint liqueur

  • 1/2 oz half-and-half or cream (optional for frosty white mint effect)

• Crushed ice (for chilling)

• Optional: white sanding sugar or crushed candy cane for rim

• Optional: edible glitter or a small heart candy for garnish

Instructions

1. Prep the Glasses:

1. Rim shot glasses with corn syrup or simple syrup.

2. Dip into white sanding sugar or crushed candy canes for a frosty rim. Set aside.

2. Layer 1 – Strawberry Base:

1. In a shaker with ice, shake strawberry liqueur (or vodka + grenadine).

2. Strain into the bottom of the shot glass, filling halfway.

3. Layer 2 – Frosty Mint:

1. In a clean shaker, combine peppermint schnapps and cream (if using), then stir gently.

2. Slowly pour over the back of a spoon to layer it on top of the strawberry base.

4. Garnish (Optional):

• Add a pinch of edible glitter or float a tiny heart-shaped candy on top.
