Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

4-5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup diced red onion (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional: diced pickles, jalapeños for extra flavor
Instructions

Cook beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix filling: Add crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced onion to the beef; stir to combine.

Prepare dough: Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough.

Roll up: Carefully roll the dough with filling inside, pinch edges to seal well.

Garlic butter: Mix melted butter with minced garlic, and brush it generously on top of the roll.

Bake: Bake in preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve: Let cool slightly. Slice into rounds and serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or spicy ranch.
