Garlic Butter Chicken Balls with Creamy Parmesan Pasta
Ingredients:
Chicken Balls:

1 lb ground chicken

1/3 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1 egg
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 teaspoon onion powder
-
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-
2 tablespoons butter (for sautéing)
Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
-
12 oz pasta of choice (penne, bowtie, or spaghetti all work)

2 tablespoons butter
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1 cup chicken broth
-
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Roll into 1-inch balls.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken balls until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

In the same skillet, melt another 2 tablespoons butter. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.

Let the sauce simmer until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.

Top with the garlic butter chicken balls and sprinkle fresh parsley over everything before serving.
