Garlic Butter Honey BBQ Beef Tacos
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (or shredded cooked beef)

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

2 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp soy sauce (optional, for depth)

1 tsp smoked paprika
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste

8 small flour or corn tortillas
-
1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce
-
½ cup diced tomatoes
-
¼ cup sliced green onions or red onion

Optional toppings: sour cream, ranch drizzle, or crispy fried onions
Instructions:

Cook beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.

Add garlic butter: Push beef to one side, add butter to the empty side of the pan. Once melted, stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Mix into the beef.

Add sauce: Stir in BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce (if using), paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thick and glossy.

Warm tortillas: Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.

Assemble tacos: Spoon the honey BBQ beef mixture into each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Add any optional toppings.

Serve: Serve immediately while warm, with extra honey BBQ sauce on the side.
