Garlic Butter Pork Chops with Creamy Potatoes
Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops

3 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup chicken broth
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Sear the Pork Chops:

Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear pork chops 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Potatoes:

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and the halved potatoes.

Cook for about 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften and brown.

Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese.

Simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine Everything:

Return pork chops to the skillet. Spoon sauce over them.

Cover and simmer for 5–7 minutes, until pork chops are cooked through and potatoes are tender.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm with the creamy garlic potatoes.
