Garlic Butter Shrimp and Spinach Rice Bowl
Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

3 cups cooked rice (white, jasmine, or basmati)

2 cups fresh spinach
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Season shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and golden. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Stir in the cooked rice, lemon juice, and Parmesan (optional). Mix well until warm.

Return shrimp to the skillet, toss lightly, and remove from heat.

Serve in bowls and garnish with parsley.
