Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi Bake
Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)

½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup panko breadcrumbs
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish. -
Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. -
Assemble:
Arrange shrimp evenly in the baking dish. Pour the garlic butter sauce over them, tossing lightly to coat. -
Top It Off:
In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Sprinkle evenly over the shrimp. -
Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until shrimp are pink, opaque, and the topping is golden brown and crispy. -
Serve:
Spoon some of that buttery sauce from the pan over the shrimp and serve with pasta, rice, or crusty bread to soak it all up.
