  • Author: Stephanie

Description

Ingredients

For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites:

  • 1 lb (450g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

For the Creamy Parmesan Shells:

  • 8 oz small pasta shells

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta:
Boil pasta shells in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Make the creamy Parmesan sauce:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat. Keep warm.

  3. Cook the steak bites:
Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet.

  4. Make the garlic butter:
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.

  5. Serve:
Plate the creamy Parmesan shells and top with garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
