Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Rich Alfredo Twisted Pasta

Ingredients:

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 lb (450g) steak, cut into bite-size pieces (sirloin or ribeye works great)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

For the Alfredo Twisted Pasta:

  • 10 oz (280g) twisted pasta (like rotini or cavatappi)

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat.

  3. Add steak bites, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear until browned (about 2–3 minutes per side). Remove steak and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter for the sauce. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute.

  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

  6. Stir in Parmesan, salt, and pepper until sauce is smooth and creamy.

  7. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss well.

  8. Top with steak bites and let everything warm together for 1 minute.

  9. Garnish with parsley if you like and serve hot!
