Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Season the Steak
Toss steak bites with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika (if using).
2. Sear the Steak
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak bites and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned but slightly pink inside. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Butter
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.
Add butter, garlic, and herbs. Sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant and bubbly.
4. Combine
Return steak bites to the skillet.
Toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce for 1–2 minutes.
