Garlic Herb Butter Roasted Beef Tenderloin
Ingredients:

2–3 lb beef tenderloin, trimmed

4 tbsp butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
-
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Rub the garlic herb butter evenly over the beef tenderloin.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tenderloin on all sides until browned (about 2–3 minutes per side).

Transfer the tenderloin to a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serve with pan juices or additional garlic herb butter.
