Garlic Parmesan Chicken & Steak Bake with Cheesy Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

For the Chicken & Steak:

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed

  • 2 ribeye steaks, cubed

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Cheesy Loaded Mashed Potatoes:

  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 3 green onions, sliced (green parts only)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare mashed potatoes: Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash. Stir in heavy cream, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth. Fold in cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, and green onions. Spread into a greased baking dish.

  2. Bake potatoes: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake mashed potatoes for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  3. Season and cook meat: In a large bowl, toss cubed chicken and steak with garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear meat cubes until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  4. Serve: Spoon the seared chicken and steak over the baked cheesy mashed potatoes. Garnish with chopped parsley.
