Ingredients
For the Chicken:

1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Alfredo Sauce:

3 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 cups heavy cream
-
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
½ tsp Italian seasoning
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Bake:

12 oz (340 g) penne or fettuccine pasta, cooked and drained
-
½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tbsp melted butter
-
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside. -
Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add heavy cream and Italian seasoning, stirring gently.
Whisk in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper. -
Assemble the Bake:
In a large bowl, toss cooked pasta with the creamy Alfredo sauce.
Slice the chicken and place on top of the pasta in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. -
Add the Crust:
In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and melted butter.
Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the top. -
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until golden, bubbly, and crisp on top. -
Serve:
Garnish with parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan. Serve hot and enjoy that perfect garlic-Parmesan crunch!
