Garlic Parmesan Crusted Salmon
Ingredients
-
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each), skin-on or skinless
-
3 tbsp melted butter
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
-
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
½ tsp paprika
-
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
-
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
-
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with olive oil. -
Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Brush the mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet. -
Make the Parmesan Crust
In another bowl, combine Parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well. -
Coat the Salmon
Spoon the Parmesan mixture over the salmon fillets, pressing gently so it sticks and forms a crust. -
Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden and crisp.
(For extra crispiness, broil the top for 1–2 minutes at the end.) -
Serve
Garnish with extra parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
