Description

Garlic Parmesan Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each), skin-on or skinless

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with olive oil.

  2. Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Brush the mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet.

  3. Make the Parmesan Crust
In another bowl, combine Parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

  4. Coat the Salmon
Spoon the Parmesan mixture over the salmon fillets, pressing gently so it sticks and forms a crust.

  5. Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden and crisp.
(For extra crispiness, broil the top for 1–2 minutes at the end.)

  6. Serve
Garnish with extra parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
