Garlic Parmesan Knots
Ingredients

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried parsley (or 1 tbsp fresh, chopped)

Salt, to taste
Instructions

Prepare the Dough:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 1-inch strips.

Tie each strip into a knot and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake the Knots:

Bake knots for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

Make Garlic Butter:

While knots bake, melt butter and mix in minced garlic, Parmesan, parsley, and a pinch of salt.

Coat the Knots:

Brush the garlic-parmesan butter over hot knots as soon as they come out of the oven.

Toss lightly to coat evenly.

Serve:

Serve warm as a snack, appetizer, or alongside pasta or soup.

Optional: sprinkle extra Parmesan or chopped parsley on top for garnish.
