Garlic Parmesan Whipped Feta Flatbread Pizzas
Ingredients (serves 4):

2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup feta cheese

2 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cloves roasted garlic (or 1 clove raw garlic, minced)

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried oregano
-
1 tsp fresh thyme or parsley, chopped

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Optional toppings: cherry tomatoes, red pepper flakes, arugula
Instructions:

Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.

Prepare whipped feta: In a food processor or blender, combine feta, cream cheese, roasted garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Assemble pizzas: Spread a generous layer of the whipped feta mixture over each flatbread. Sprinkle Parmesan evenly on top, and add oregano and a pinch of black pepper. Add optional toppings if desired.

Bake: Bake flatbreads in the preheated oven for 8–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and crispy.

Finish and serve: Remove from oven and garnish with fresh herbs. Slice and serve warm.
