🦐 Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps
Ingredients:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

½ cup croutons, crushed (optional, for crunch)

Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:

Prepare the shrimp:

Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Thread onto skewers (if using grill) or keep loose for a grill pan.

Grill the shrimp:

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. Remove from heat.

Assemble the wraps:

Warm tortillas slightly.

In each tortilla, add lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, tomatoes, and grilled shrimp.
