🦐 Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • ½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

  • ½ cup croutons, crushed (optional, for crunch)

  • Lemon wedges, for serving


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the shrimp:

    • Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

    • Thread onto skewers (if using grill) or keep loose for a grill pan.

  2. Grill the shrimp:

    • Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

    • Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. Remove from heat.

  3. Assemble the wraps:

    • Warm tortillas slightly.

    • In each tortilla, add lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, tomatoes, and grilled shrimp.

    • Sprinkle with crushed croutons for crunch.

  4. Wrap and serve:

    • Fold tightly into a wrap.

    • Serve with extra Caesar dressing or a squeeze of lemon.
