🥗 Healthy Ranch Chicken Salad
Ingredients (Serves 4)

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed (rotisserie works great)

½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or use half yogurt + half light mayo for extra creaminess)

2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

½ red bell pepper, finely diced

¼ cup red onion, finely diced

2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped

1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Mix the dressing

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Add shredded chicken, celery, bell pepper, onion, and fresh herbs. Toss until well coated.
