Honey Butter Garlic Shrimp and Rice
Ingredients:
For the Shrimp:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tbsp honey

3 tbsp soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced
-
3 tbsp butter
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
For the Rice:

2 cups cooked white rice (jasmine or basmati recommended)

1 tbsp butter
-
1 tbsp soy sauce (optional, for extra flavor)

1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:

Make the Sauce:

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set aside.

Cook the Shrimp:

In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 1–2 minutes per side until just pink.

Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook another 1–2 minutes, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the shrimp beautifully.

Prepare the Rice:

In a separate pan, melt butter, add garlic powder and soy sauce, then toss in the cooked rice until heated through and flavorful.

Combine and Serve:

Spoon rice into bowls and top with honey butter garlic shrimp.

Drizzle extra sauce from the pan over the top.

Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes (if desired).
