Honey Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:

1.5–2 lbs pork tenderloin

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

4 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup honey
-
1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
-
1 tbsp soy sauce (optional, for depth)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the Pork:

Pat tenderloin dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

Sear the Pork:

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear pork on all sides for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Make the Honey Garlic Butter:

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, honey, minced garlic, thyme, and soy sauce.

Roast and Glaze:

Brush pork with half of the honey garlic butter.
-
Transfer skillet to a 400°F (200°C) oven and roast for 15–20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Baste with remaining honey garlic butter halfway through roasting for a sticky, caramelized finish.

Rest and Serve:

Let the tenderloin rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Drizzle with any pan juices and garnish with fresh parsley.
