Honey Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1.5–2 lbs pork tenderloin

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional, for depth)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pork:

    • Pat tenderloin dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

  2. Sear the Pork:

    • Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Sear pork on all sides for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.

  3. Make the Honey Garlic Butter:

    • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, honey, minced garlic, thyme, and soy sauce.

  4. Roast and Glaze:

    • Brush pork with half of the honey garlic butter.

    • Transfer skillet to a 400°F (200°C) oven and roast for 15–20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

    • Baste with remaining honey garlic butter halfway through roasting for a sticky, caramelized finish.

  5. Rest and Serve:

    • Let the tenderloin rest 5 minutes before slicing.

    • Drizzle with any pan juices and garnish with fresh parsley.
