Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:

1.5–2 lb pork tenderloin

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup honey
-
¼ cup soy sauce
-
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)

1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary (optional)

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)

Chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prep the Pork:

Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear pork on all sides until golden brown (about 2–3 minutes per side).

Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar.

Cook the Pork with Sauce:

Pour sauce over the seared pork.

Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork is cooked through (internal temp ~145°F / 63°C).

Optional Thickening:

Remove pork and stir cornstarch + water into the pan sauce.

Simmer 2–3 minutes until thickened.

Serve:

Slice pork tenderloin, drizzle with honey garlic glaze, and garnish with green onions or parsley.

Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
