Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard

  • 3 tbsp whole-grain mustard (optional, for texture)

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. Make the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard (if using), honey, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Prepare chicken: Place chicken breasts in the baking dish. Pour sauce over the chicken, coating well.

  4. Bake: Cook for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is golden and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).

  5. Serve: Spoon extra sauce from the pan over the chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley. Delicious with rice, roasted veggies, or mashed potatoes.
