Pineapple, mango, and coconut liqueur layered and smooth like a beach sunset

🍹 Ingredients:

• 1 oz pineapple juice (chilled)

• 1 oz mango liqueur (e.g., Bols Mango or DeKuyper Tropical Mango)

• 1 oz coconut liqueur (e.g., Malibu or RumChata Coconut Cream)

• Ice (for chilling)

• Optional: Tiny fruit garnish or tropical drink umbrella

🌈 Instructions:

1. Chill the Layers:

   • Shake each ingredient separately with ice and strain to keep them cold and dense.

2. Layer the Sunset:

   • First pour pineapple juice into the shot glass (base layer).

   • Slowly pour mango liqueur over the back of a spoon to gently float it above the pineapple.

   • Finally, float coconut liqueur on top in the same way.

3. Optional Garnish:

   • Add a mini umbrella or tiny pineapple slice on the rim for extra island vibes.

🌴 Tips:

• Want a shimmer effect? Stir a pinch of edible gold or pearl luster dust into the pineapple layer.

• For a sweeter twist, replace pineapple juice with pineapple nectar.
