🌴 Island Glow Shots

Pineapple juice and UV-reactive tonic water meet tropical shimmer in these radiant, glowing island shots.

🧪 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots):

Shot Base:

• 1/2 cup pineapple juice (chilled)

• 1/4 cup tonic water (for UV glow)

• 1/4 cup coconut rum (or white rum for less sweetness)

• 1 tbsp lime juice (fresh)

• 1 tbsp simple syrup (optional, to taste)

• 1/2 tsp edible shimmer dust (gold or pearl for tropical glow)

Optional Garnish:

• Lime wedge or pineapple slice

• Tropical sugar rim (colored sugar or toasted coconut)

🧪 Directions:

1. Mix the Base:
   In a shaker, combine pineapple juice, tonic water, coconut rum, lime juice, and simple syrup. Add shimmer dust and shake gently until well mixed and glowing.

2. Rim the Glasses (Optional):
   Dip rims in lime juice and coat with tropical sugar or finely shredded coconut for an island touch.

3. Pour and Chill:
   Fill each shot glass 3/4 full with the glowing tropical mix. Garnish with a tiny pineapple slice or lime wedge if desired.

4. Serve with Black Light:
   The tonic water will glow brightly under UV/black light, making these shots pop with island magic at night.
