Island Sunset Cocktail

🍸 Ingredients:

• 2 oz coconut rum

• 2 oz peach schnapps

• 4 oz pineapple juice

• 1 oz grenadine

• 3 cups crushed ice

• Whipped cream (for topping)

• Red sugar crystals (optional, for rim)

• 2 pineapple wedges

• 2 maraschino cherries

🧊 Instructions:

1. If using, rim a large glass with red sugar crystals.

2. In a blender, combine coconut rum, peach schnapps, pineapple juice, grenadine, and crushed ice.

3. Blend until smooth and slushy.

4. Pour into the prepared glass.

5. Top with whipped cream.

6. Garnish with pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
