Ingredients (Serves 2):

3 oz coconut rum

1 oz blue curaçao

2 oz pineapple juice

1 cup crushed ice

Optional: 1 oz peach schnapps (for fruity depth)

Optional: 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks or strawberries (for layered color)

Garnish:

Kiwi slices

Pineapple leaves or wedges

Striped paper straws

Instructions:

Prepare the Base Blend

Blend the coconut rum, pineapple juice, and crushed ice until smooth and slushy. Divide this into two or three small bowls.

Add Colorful Layers

Blue Layer: Mix blue curaçao into one portion.

Orange-Peach Layer: Blend another portion with peach schnapps and a bit of frozen mango.

Pink Layer: Add frozen strawberries or a splash of grenadine to another portion.

Layer Into Cups

Slowly spoon or pour each color into your clear cup to create a swirling, rainbow effect. Use the back of a spoon to help separate the layers if needed.

Top It Off

Garnish each drink with a fresh kiwi slice, a pineapple frond, and a festive straw.
