Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl.

In another bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, sea salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.

Dip zucchini slices in the egg mixture, then coat them evenly with the almond flour mixture.

Place coated zucchini slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.

Bake for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or air fry for 8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
