Ingredients
For the Lamb Burgers:

Instructions
Prepare the Burger Mix:

In a food processor, pulse the fresh herbs, garlic cloves, and lemon zest until finely chopped

In a large bowl, combine ground lamb with the herb mixture, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper

Form the Patties:
