🍒🥭 Lava Glow Shots – Cherry & Mango Volcano Swirl

Sweet mango collides with bold cherry in a two-tone, swirling volcano effect, finished with a fiery shimmer. These shots are visually hypnotic, deliciously juicy, and perfect for tropical or night party vibes.

🍸 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots)

Mango Lava Layer (Bottom Layer)

• 2 oz mango nectar (or mango juice)

• 1 oz mango rum (or regular white rum)

• ½ oz peach schnapps

• ¼ tsp edible gold shimmer dust (optional, for lava glow)

Cherry Magma Layer (Top Layer)

• 1 oz cherry liqueur (like Cherry Heering or DeKuyper)

• 1 oz grenadine

• ½ oz vodka

• 1 oz cranberry juice (for extra red hue and tartness)

Optional Garnish

• Red sugar crystals or popping candy (rim)

• A tiny sprinkle of red edible glitter or shimmer dust on top

🧊 Instructions

1. Rim the Glass (Optional)
   Lightly moisten shot glass rims with a lemon wedge, then dip into red sugar crystals or popping candy for a volcanic edge.

2. Make the Mango Lava Base
   In a shaker with ice, combine mango nectar, mango rum, and peach schnapps. Add edible gold shimmer and shake well until chilled and shimmering.
   ➤ Pour into the bottom half of each shot glass (about halfway).

3. Create the Cherry Magma Layer
   In a separate shaker, mix cherry liqueur, grenadine, vodka, and cranberry juice. Stir gently to combine without foaming.

4. Layer Slowly
   Using the back of a spoon, gently pour the cherry magma mix over the mango layer. This will create a dramatic red-over-gold lava flow look.

5. Add Final Glow (Optional)
   Add a tiny sprinkle of edible red shimmer or glitter for a glowing volcanic finish.
