Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients
For the Pasta and Protein:

12 oz penne or rotini pasta

1 lb ground beef

6 strips bacon, diced

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Alfredo Sauce:

4 tablespoons butter
-
1½ cups heavy cream
-
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
½ cup cream cheese, softened
For the Cheeseburger Elements:

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
-
¼ cup ketchup
-
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
-
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
-
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, drain and set aside

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until crispy. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside, leaving fat in pan

Add diced onion to bacon fat and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened

Add ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned and fully cooked, breaking apart with spatula

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat

Slowly add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer

Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth

Add Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted and sauce thickens

Mix in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pickle relish

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with sauce

Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and most of the cooked bacon

Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bacon pieces

Cover and let stand 2-3 minutes until cheese melts
