Loaded Tater Tot Sausage Bake
Ingredients
Proteins:

1 lb breakfast sausage
-
1 cup diced ham
-
1½ cups bacon crumbles, divided
Base:
-
32 oz package frozen tater tots
-
10 large eggs
-
¾ cup whole milk
Seasonings:
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
½ teaspoon black pepper
-
½ teaspoon garlic powder
-
½ teaspoon onion powder
Cheese & Toppings:
-
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
-
½ cup sliced green onions
Instructions
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9×13 inch baking dish
Cook Meats:
2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown and crumble the breakfast sausage until fully cooked
3. Remove sausage to a paper towel-lined plate and drain grease from skillet
4. Cook bacon in the same skillet until crispy, then place on paper towels and crumble when cooled
Assembly:
5. Place frozen tater tots in the prepared baking dish
6. Top with cooked sausage, diced ham, and 1 cup of the bacon crumbles
7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the meat layer
Egg Mixture:
8. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined
9. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tots, meat, and cheese
10. Top with remaining ½ cup bacon crumbles and sliced green onions
Baking:
11. Bake for 45-50 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean and tater tots are golden brown
12. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares and serving
