Lobster Ravioli in Garlic Butter Sauce
Ingredients:

12–16 oz lobster ravioli (fresh or frozen)

4 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Cook lobster ravioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook 2–3 minutes until the sauce is slightly thickened.

Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

Gently toss the cooked ravioli in the sauce, coating evenly.

Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
