Pineapple and spice with fizz candy—tropical sweetness meets zesty thunder in one explosive island shot.

🌈 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots)

🔹 For the Shot Mix:

• 2 oz pineapple juice (cold and fresh)

• 1 oz spiced rum (like Captain Morgan or Sailor Jerry)

• 1 oz coconut rum (Malibu or similar)

• 1 oz cinnamon schnapps (or Fireball for a bolder kick)

• 1/2 oz lime juice (fresh squeezed)

• 1/2 oz simple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

🔹 For the Rim & Garnish:

• Pineapple pop rocks or tropical-flavored popping candy

• Honey or lime juice (to help the rim stick)

• Pineapple wedges or cocktail umbrellas (optional)

🔹 For the Sparkling Finish:

• 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda or pineapple soda (chilled, to top)

• Extra pop rocks to drop in for fizz

🍹 Instructions

1. Rim the Shot Glasses

   • Dip each shot glass rim into lime juice or honey.

   • Immediately dip the rim into pineapple pop rocks or tropical popping candy. Set aside.

2. Shake It Up

   • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine:

     • Pineapple juice

     • Spiced rum

     • Coconut rum

     • Cinnamon schnapps

     • Lime juice

     • (Optional) Simple syrup

   • Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well-chilled.

3. Pour the Lightning

   • Strain the mix evenly into the prepared shot glasses (about 3/4 full).

4. Fizz Finale

   • Just before serving, top each shot with a splash of lemon-lime soda for a fizzy kick.

   • Drop in a few extra pop rocks right before handing them out—they’ll crackle like tropical thunder!
